Grape and Vinification
Sangiovese grapes (85%) and Alicante and Malvasia Nera (15%), is vinified in red, hold for at least 15 days in contact with the grapes, as well as having its selection “in” homonymous vineyard, the ‘is aged in small oak barrels from Slavonia 5.5 hl. This allows accurate processing to achieve significant balance of taste and smell.
