Description
Grape and Vinification
The best grapes, among the Trebbiano varieties, are hung in special frames in perfectly ventilated rooms where the withering takes place; at which point the grapes are pressed and fermented. After fermentation, the wine passes into the cellar to mature for at least 5 years.
